Poplar Bluff Organics was founded in 1985 by Rosemary Wotske and is certified organic. Rosemary’s robust background includes a Masters of Science in plant genetics and she applies her expertise with a deep commitment to healthy soil, fauna, and customers. The farm’s soil and climate are ideal for growing potatoes, so they grow 16 varieties.
What they grow for us: potatoes, parsnips, carrots, beets, peas, kohlrabi, fennel, beet greens, strawberries, more.
